Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 3 business days.

Shipping rates and delivery estimated:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping method: Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 3-8 business days

Shipment cost: Metro $100 for grass rolls and installation materials

  • Accessories under 5kg $20 fee for every 5kg any where in Australia.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking:

  1. The Metro courier fee is $100 flat rate for grass rolls and installation materials.
  2. Alternatively we offer click and collect service. See Click and Collect details.
  3. For Country and Overseas deliveries we ask to contact the office to confirm freight cost as this can vary from state to state and overseas.
  4. For Accessories such as Wet and Forget, Putting Green Accessories, Smell B Gone Items Postal Fee of $20 for every 5kg any where in Australia.
  5. All couriers operate during business hours, Monday to Friday. Allow 4 hour delivery window between between 9-1 and 1-4pm depending on pick up time.
  6. We will advise when the goods have left our premises.
  7. You will need to be home to receive your goods and have assistance with the unloading if ordering multiple rolls and/or sand pallets are ordered.
  8. Alternatively we can change your order to click and collect service.
  9. Unfortunately, we cannot provide an exact delivery time-frame for online purchases. We rely on courier services to deliver to your door and will advise you of t/a time dependant on your delivery location.
  10. We will send you an email with courier and tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
  11. We recommend you check your spam/junk folder. If you have not received an update within 48 hours. Please contact the office.
  12. If you order multiple items from our website, you may receive separate deliveries shipped by different carriers as items may be sent from different warehouse locations. In this case, you will receive separate emails with tracking information for items that are dispatched separately.

International Shipping Policy

Customs, duties, and taxes:

TSGW is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order for overseas orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


TSGW is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
